Fence
I just played with curves and then desaturated the image. Have not yet figured out how to do channel mixing in Gimp. Will the results be different in that case, i'll have to find that out!!

I like this shot a lot: accurate choice of grey levels, from almost white to almost black, well balanced perspective....nice B&W photography.
